Truth Be Told: When Parents Fail Their Children, Teachers Stand In The Gap
Who's truly at fault for our youth's faltering education? Parents, step up to the plate! On this eye-opening edition of Truth Be Told, I, DD Sedeora Jaye, tackle the uncomfortable truth that the education system's shortcomings might just mirror the failings within our own homes. We're dissecting the raw, unvarnished reality that parents' attitudes and actions can severely undercut educators' tireless efforts, leaving first graders without basic skills and perpetuating a cycle of laziness that's eating away at the fabric of our communities.
Embracing the controversy, we pay homage to the unsung heroes: the teachers. These selfless individuals sacrifice their own family time to fill the gaps left by absent parents, all while facing harsh criticism. This conversation is a stark wake-up call, shining a spotlight on parental negligence and the cultural malaise that threatens our future leaders. Tune in to a tribute that doesn't just honor educators but dares every listener to examine their part in either fostering or failing the promise of our children. It's time to break the generational curses and raise the bar for our youth, together.

Speaker 2:Truth be told, we can no longer blame the school system for the failure of our youth. The system that is failing our students are 100% the asinine behavior of parents. There are first graders who cannot complete a number chart, alphabet charts, nor recognize colors or shapes. Parents have the audacity to condemn educators with professional degrees who embody the learning concepts of the educational system and delivers scholastic methods to train students in the direction of success. The compassion and empathy educators empty into children on a daily basis deserves an infinite amount of praise. But yet parents with asinine behavior taunt educators in the school system who practically raise their child. God bless the educators who have to be a parent to not only their own kids but to their students. God bless the teachers who neglect their own families to pour nourishment into the souls of neglected students. God bless the teachers who have to smile for ungrateful, disrespectful students with a parent who cannot define the acronym of HBCU. A parent who don't know what a fast-for application is. Parents who can't even pass an elementary school basic skills test if you shove it in their face today. A parent who shows up to the school at pajamas, a robe, a bunnet and house shoes because they are bound by the generational curse of never being taught how to exude the essence of a woman or a mother.
Speaker 2:We can no longer blame slavery or the school system. Place a hundred percent of the blame on those who refuse to break the generational curse of the cultural disease we all know as laziness A failure to act or perform as expected due to conscious, controllable factors, namely a lack of individual effort. Laziness is the disease that plays communities. Laziness is the disease carried from bloodline to bloodline, a hereditary abomination. It is a privilege for a student to master a subject under an educator who elected to dedicate their life to the success of someone else's child, Because while that educator is sitting in a classroom for the next 20 to 30 years anticipating a less-than-desired retirement package, your child has moved on to become the next CEO of a major Fortune 500 company or an entrepreneur of a new startup company through the coaching of their past educators. And yet parents with balls of a toddler try to chastise an educator who is looking out for the best interests of their child. God bless the teachers of the United States of America.
